Aleksandra Anicic

Artist Bio

Aleksandra Anicic is a world traveler, creative generalist, and disability advocate based in Old Toronto. Her passion for culture and exploration began in high school with a debate trip to Malaysia and has since taken her to 44 countries. Most recently, she planned a month-long honeymoon road trip through France and Italy, visiting 41 wineries along the way. A lifelong learner, Aleksandra has completed 17 college courses across cooking, baking, wine, photography, sewing, art, and neurodiversity, choosing a hands-on, interdisciplinary path over a traditional graduate degree. She previously worked in the technology industry, where she led initiatives to advance accessibility and inclusion across Canada, and her work has been featured in BlogTO and other publications. Today, Aleksandra channels her creativity into entrepreneurship, developing lifestyle products for modern families through her baby and maternity brand, inspired by her journey as a new mother. A Poshmark ambassador and sustainable fashion advocate, she believes in giving new life to preloved pieces. When not creating, Aleksandra can be found at St. Lawrence Market, sourcing local ingredients for her next culinary experiment.
