CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS TO ARTIST’S CHOICE
ELIGIBILITY: All artwork submitted by current WAAC member artists that follows the submission guidelines will be accepted. To inquire about membership, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
MEDIUM: Open. All mediums are eligible, including digital, photography and sculpture.
SALES: All artwork must be for sale. A 20% commission applies on all sales, payable to WAAC, including work that is sold between the submission date and the installation date, and up to 2 weeks after the show closes. Artists are responsible for managing their own sales, so it is highly recommended to sign-up for certain days to greet visitors to the gallery- especially on Saturdays.
NUMBER OF ARTWORKS
1 large — Maximum 48″x48″ (Including the frame)
or 1 – 2 medium — Maximum each 22″x22” (Including the frame)
or 3 small — Maximum each 12″x12″ (Including the frame)
SUBMISSION FEE: $20
Payable by e-transfer to email@example.com on or before Wednesday, May 10.
Wednesday, May 10: Submission deadline (Contact the office for the google intake form link)
Monday, June 5: Artwork intake 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tuesday, June 6: Installation
Saturday, June 10: Opening reception, 1–4 p.m.
June 21: Artwork pick-up
