Founded in 1887, the broad mandate of the Women’s Art Association is to advance education in the visual, musical and performance arts through funding of scholarships, offering arts education to the public and the provision of space for artists to present their artistic work.

Cal Lorimer has been the Executive Office Manager at the Women's Art Association of Canada since June 2012.
