WAAC members Janet f Potter and and Deniz Seker contributed to the Square by Square project at the Textile Museum of Canada with their textile art works.

Square by Square is a living testament, an evolving work of art by Textile Museum community members, with each block representing a personal history, connection, and unique story.

The project fosters unity and personal expression, connecting people with diverse perspectives to The Secret Codes: African Nova Scotian Quilts through the Square by Square community quilt.The quilt will be a work in progress throughout the exhibition’s duration.
