Artist Bio

Ebele is an emerging Toronto-based visual artist working across oil and acrylic media. Her practice balances sharp, unblended acrylic abstracts with atmospheric oil paintings that utilize smooth color transitions. Currently studying storytelling through painting, she uses personal narratives as a foundation for visual exploration. This upcoming September, she will begin full-time Law Studies, aiming to explicitly bridge her artistic and legal perspectives. Driven by the philosophy that art shifts culture before law arrives, her practice explores the powerful use of visual art as a catalyst for societal change. Moving forward, her primary artistic goal is to delve into Cubism, using geometric shapes, atmospheric depth, and multiple perspectives to deconstruct and portray complex contemporary topics. At the same time, she will be building The Museum of Memory, an evolving artistic practice encompassing poetry, painting, exhibitions, books, and commissioned works. Conceived as a collection of emotional artefacts, the project preserves human stories and invites viewers to reconsider what it means to be human through multiple perspectives.
