Jonathan says: Photography is a place where I forget the rest of the world and there is just my camera and whatever I am photographing. I decided early on in my photographic career that Nature and Wildlife were the areas which interested me most. I have travelled to some relatively exotic places to capture my images . I find wildlife photography challenging and while subject knowledge and patience are important, the connection between the photographer and his / her subject is more so. Photography is a continuing process of learning. There is always something new to learn, something new to experience, some new area to explore and, new challenges to overcome.
