Artist Bio

Winifred Keenan-Kuplowsky is a contemporary artist who is known for her impressionist paintings. Win was recognized as a finalist for two paintings," Luka in Light" & "NightWatch" in the September 2025, PleinAir Salon Art Competiton. and garnered Best Artist Over 65 for "September for Night Watch". Win recently placed 3rd in the Colour and Form Members Competition 2024 followed by an Honourable mention in Spring 2025. She garnered an Honourable mention in the 2023 Open Juried Colour and Form Society and the People’s Choice award in the 9th International Juried Brush Off Competition 2023 for her work ”Remembering”. Win was awarded the John Mlacak Award for her work “Reeling and Healing” at the 8th Brush Off Competition in 2022, That same year, her “September Garden” placed first at the En Plein Air Competition held by the McMichael Gallery in Kleinburg, Ontario. Win is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists, the Color and Form Society, and an active member of Women’s Art Association of Canada.
